Each applicant is meticulously screened through a rigorous hiring process that includes:
Completed Application
Extensive interview
Full identification verification
Verified credentials and references
Completed physical form
Tuberculosis (TB) screening
Completed skills assessment
CPR and First Aid Certification
Blood Borne Pathogens Certification
Minimum 1 year experience
Child abuse clearance check
Criminal history clearance
Drug screening
Each Caregiver also completes Preferred HealthStaff's Training program that includes additional training and testing in the following areas:
