Each applicant is meticulously screened through a rigorous hiring process that includes:

  • Full identification verification
  • Verified credentials and references
  •  Completed physical form
  • Tuberculosis (TB) screening
  • Completed skills assessment
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Blood Borne Pathogens Certification
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Child abuse clearance check
  • Criminal history clearance
  • Drug screening
